In the night of May 10th to 11th 2024, a solar storm produced auroras so violent that they could be seen as far south as Germany and even further south.

I myself tried my hand at taking pictures from my balcony in the middle of Cologne, and was actually successful.

It didn't turn out to be many and very good pictures, but I'm satisfied.
